Mid BLC Evaluation

We are halfway through BLC 20. I have not been successful with weight loss. I have been exercising more. Exercise is what I really struggle with. I have never been an active person or sports minded and this I know is my weakest link. I also have been maintaining, not losing for a while now. I need to break through my plateau and MOVE.
Plans for the remainder of BLC:

1. Plan do do all exercises~GOYB daily.
2. Consistently do 10 minutes over that~ more if a day I'm off work.
3. I'm insulin resistant- so plan to cut back on carb intake~ goal 100-110 daily
4. Increase protein
5. Be 100% complete in documenting intake
