Sunday –Pump & Burn & Hardcore Abs
Monday-Rest
Tuesday -Pump Revolution
Wednesday –Hardcore Abs & Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Thursday –Pump & Shred
Friday –Hardcore Abs & Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs
Saturday –Cardio Circuit
