A painful weekend!

I had a painful weekend. Mainly because I didn't go to sleep early enough, didn't get my 8 hours and slept in Bobbie's bed. The bed sags and is not comfortable. I was tired, so fell asleep there anyway. Not a good option. Should have slept downstairs on the twin bed. It has a better mattress. Oh, live and learn I guess. I should have remembered the last time I stayed there that it hurt to sleep on it! emoticon This probably doesn't quite apply...the emoticon...but there is not one that does!! I didn't get 8 hours sleep Friday night either. That makes a big difference to my body!!

I was up and down the stairs many times. I didn't worry about waking up the neighbor downstairs...as they don't have a neighbor downstairs!! Anyway, it is always nice to take a break from my apartment. It is nice to be able to spread]
out and just have some room for a change.

I ate all day on Saturday. And not good things!! When I am tired and hurt I am also hungry and nothing seems to satisfy me!! I must not have done too bad as my weigh wasn't up considerablely on Sunday.

I am not losing very much weight in the 25 pound challenge I am on for my team.

    Hindered sleep first affects our mind, energy, and moods. Body aches on top can drive us to reduce activity and feel even worse. I usually try to eat a good amount of protien with each meal and that helps the "I'm tired, I crave carb" activity. I also step outside and get fresh air to refresh my focus and attitude. Thankfully, our bodies are very resilient. Look forward to one good nights sleep and you'll be back to normal. Enjoy your day!

    I can relate to waking up super sore after sleeping on someone else's bed. It never seems to happen when I'm camping and sleeping on the ground in my sleeping bag, but nothing tops my own mattress :)
