Gearing Up

I am gearin g up to get my mind ready to do this! On Nov 1st I will get my life style in order and start over to do it right.

I know it will not be easy I am addicted to sugar for sure. The only think I have not turned back to is soda. I do not drink it reg or diet. But i have to increase my water intake again. I will stay away fron white foods. My sister will help me for sure.

Have been taking muscle relaxers for my neck it is better today than it was.

    I would encourage you to go ahead and start now. There is nothing special or magical about Nov. 1, and since you are thinking about it now, I think you should start now. When Nov. 1 comes around, it will be easy to make up an excuse to postpone again. You might start by weighing and starting your ticker here on spark. You might also eat a breakfast tomorrow morning that is appropriate for weightloss, maybe boiled eggs. You could also pack your lunch for work or school to keep from going to a restaurant. You could track all of this on Spark. If you aren't active already, maybe you could do something active this weekend. Also this weekend, you might stock up on some diet friendly foods: veggies, fruits, something low-cal and frozen that will satisfy the sweet tooth, chicken breasts, sandwich rounds. I recommend Hungry Girl for a good source of filling diet-friendly foods. Spark has a lot too. I'm just suggesting some simple things to kickstart your program--and I would jump on it now and see if you can't shed a pound or two by November 1!
