It started Saturday night with a barbeque party. I did manage to keep my choices under some control but the chicken legs were just too good to pass up. Sunday was hard. The problem is making chicken enchiladas and not nibbling. Then there were the pumpkin mousse cups with whipped cream. And the salami is still in the refrigerator. At least there was broccoli and spinach salad for dinner.
I love food. There is no way around it and I get such entertainment from cooking. Oh well going home and will go back to the exercising and watching what I eat closely. Still thinking about the CHO numbers. Maybe just giving in and taking medication would be better.
