Reiki love

We can always say we are doing something amazing for ourself... But really doing it is another story. I took a Reiki I class, not really believing in that whole thing. By the end of the class, I was humming with energy! I cannot wait until MIL teaches the Reiki II which allows us to delve deeper into ourselves.
I mention Reiki, to remind myself as I re-read this, that I haven't taken the time to meditate, to do Reiki on myself...to HUM WITH ENERGY.
Have you ever experienced that?
I felt invincible! It lasted for days, it changed me in a way my kids noticed.

No big goals for today.... Just to spend 30 minutes while the lil guy is napping to pray and mediate and hope I can relax enough to tap into the universal energy.
