emoticon for all your support. I was so pumped up from all your support, that I added leg curls and stomach crunches to my workout today. Hopefully it won't add to my digestive problems. Keeping my fingers crossed. My Dr. suggested adding herbal tea with lemon + honey for my digestion. Any ideas...I usually avoid sweetners of any kind in my tea or coffee. I completed another 45 minutes of walking and I'm officially down from 192 Lb.s to 183 Lb.s.. emoticon I know we can do this together. Having a support symstem in place is so important. I love my Spark Friends

    emoticon all so much for your encouragement, as I didn't get much sleep last night. emoticon .I was sitting here and feeling sorry for myself. :-( Trying to come up with an excuse not to go for my walk. But with your help I actually got up did an Hour of raking leaves and an hour of walking. emoticon There is no way I would have done this without you guys. And thanks for the advice on the herbal tea, I'm going to give it a try, also. emoticon Maybe I'll just be too tired to let my bronchitis and sleep apnea keep me up tonight.. emoticon

    My mom says ginger tea is good for stomach discomfort. I drink an herbal tea I buy in the grocery store that supposedly helps your liver and kidneys "cleanse".
