for all your support. I was so pumped up from all your support, that I added leg curls and stomach crunches to my workout today. Hopefully it won't add to my digestive problems. Keeping my fingers crossed. My Dr. suggested adding herbal tea with lemon + honey for my digestion. Any ideas...I usually avoid sweetners of any kind in my tea or coffee. I completed another 45 minutes of walking and I'm officially down from 192 Lb.s to 183 Lb.s..
I know we can do this together. Having a support symstem in place is so important. I love my Spark Friends
