Goal setting

It is the end of week one, for me, this November! I am just shy of my two pound goal. I am okay with that, I have not been feeling the greatest, and haven't eaten regularly, missed a few dinners. I just wasn't hungry.
I slept like poo last night, not because the pager was going off, but abdominal pain. I was sluggish getting around this morning, but I went outside and the fresh air really made me feel good! It wasn't crisp and so cold it froze your inner nose like yesterday. It was gorgeous out.
I dropped the kids off for school, came back and danced with lil guy for 15 minutes.... It felt good.
My back is still tweaked, more muscle pain now than bone/spine pain. Still stretching it out. The ten minute crunches ab workout is AWESOME! it works the lower back muscles that are sore in a good way... My toddler likes to tackle me while I am doing it though... I do it a couple times a day to work in a lil something and stretch the back.
Basketball practice starts Monday... I have been doing squat/calf raises/jumps so I can do them along with the girls. Working on planks... For some reason that REALLY hurts my tailbone. Slowly. I think today I will attempt another workout, just to see what my back can take, low impact.
