Writing it out so that I can physically see them!
Monday: P90X Yoga (done - but find the last third so boring so only did 1 hour)
Run with the dog
Tuesday:P90X Legs and Back
Wednesday: Kenpo X
Thursday: Run with the dog
Friday: W2 P90X Chest and Back
Saturday: W2 P90X Plyometrics
Sunday: Back and biceps + Run with the dog
Each and every day this week I vow to:
Eat heathy breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks.
Not have a single drop of alcohol.
Limit my soda intake to one a day.
Eat NO junk food!!
I'd like to use this week to 'reset' because there has been so much junk/crap food around the house. It is SO HARD when my husband brings home stuff all the time.. even though I repeatedly ask him not to. I just don't understand what else I can do... I ask him to do it for me because I know I have a problem! And I know that after I get 'back in the game' I'll be find to control myself, but right now I'm just not there yet and he does not seem to respect this at all.
Any advice? Besides asking him not to? Because apparently he just doesn't get it and I'm out of ideas.
As always - I do great wth the workouts but completely suck at the healthy eating thing... It's so hard because last year at this time I weighed 137 consistantly and had maintained that weight for two years. And now I feel disgusting and like it will be impossible for me to get back there!!! As long as I keep going forward I will be fine... I guess I'm just going to have to have another talk with the hubs and ask him to jump on board with these lifestyle changes with me.
