So, the day isn't over yet but I've already accomplished a lot of what I wanted to do and feel confident that I will succeed today as well.
So my goals were:
P90X Legs and back - done!
Eat healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks - dinner is planned and ready to go, but waiting for the hubs to get home.. so done :)
No alcohol - check!
No junk food - check!
Only have one diet soda... so this is what I've been consistantly failing at this week. BUT I do feel like so far I've been doing really great in my other battles and you can't conquer everything at once, right?
I am also really proud of myself because I tend to have a processed-meat problem lol... I really do just love meat and the fact that it's just there in the fridge.. being all delicious has been really hard on me! Today I didn't have any and that's my goal for tomorrow. Honestly, I don't really ever crave sweet stuff lately.. but I crave salty things like its my job.
Anyways - thats it for today!
