STUCK in TRANSITION

UUgghh! SP upped my caloric intake and now I'm stuck at 183 Lb.s There is no way I can loose weight on that many calories. I hope that they understand, I am disabled and can't power walk. That I am in a lot of pain when I go for my walks, as I do not take any pain medication stronger than aleve. I already take roughly 12 prescribed medications daily just so my body and brain can function. Not to mention I have to use glaucoma eye drops at night.
I know that they think I don't eat enough on some days, it's just that I have a sensitive stomach and do on occasion get a lot of pain and regurgetate a lot on those days.
