Saturday update fever

5 days in a row that I log all my calories! I was over my recommendations everyday but it's not a big deal, I do not consider that I over ate at any time and it was all clean food anyway.. and it SHOWS! I feel less bloated and I'm pretty sure I will see a - on the scale at the end of the week. I wasn't tempted to cheat or eat badly at any time.. that surprises me and I'm happy about it :) I find that reading Yoga magazines helps..
I'm still fighting that nasty flu but almost all symptoms are gone now except for some coughing which is also improving. I slept in today and it was very needed.. but missed the gym. Oh well. I'm excited that I will have a new program at the gym this week.. made by an ex marathoner. I hope I'll find the discipline to go according to my goals.
Last week of November guys, I will try to have a good one! I need to keep that paper with my goals written on it at sight, so I don't forget and stay focused!
