Holiday Coffee's

and Happy Holidays !! If your like me you enjoy an occasional flavored coffee or an iced coffee. Am I right? Well to that all I can say is that I came up with my own low fat and healthy blend for and occasional treat and doubles as a breakfast meal too. All I do is use Slim Fast meal replacements and a cup of coffee. Just use your favorite flavor, mines is the capucino + 1 cup of coffee + lo cal sweetener to your liking and if your want serve hot or cold. If your daily calories permit you may even have a dollop of whip cream. Vanilla and Chocolate work just as well and you can make a Frappe' too. I'm just saying a whole lot healthier , tastier and your getting your nutrients, vitamins and a meal replacement too.
Then later enjoy your morning snack. It's all good.
