So unhappy face ):
Had my first bad day yesterday, felt so bad I didn't update my nutrition or my exercise. I ate and ate and ate and ate.
and although I today is a new day it hasn't been much better although I have eaten more fruit today and done a bit of exercise and also haven't just binged eat.
Does anyone have any tips on eating healthy and work? I work part time and find the hours a bit of a struggle as it's either to late/early for breakfast or too late or early for lunch, I also don't get a break so by the time I get home I end up really hungry and just eat anything on site.
I don't want this too become a bad habit :(
any help will be appreciated
