Weight Loss, Yonanas & New Record!

I make most of my new posts on this blog (above)!
It's an easier way for me to hook everything up since I keep a weight-loss calendar through Google :)
But anyway, I wanted to check in on here too since I lost weight last weigh-in!
I weighed myself on 11/30 and I was 151.4!
4 POUNDS DOWN from 11/14!
Also, my Yonanas came in the mail! I finally bought some bananas today, so I'm making something yummy tomorrow! I'm thinking I'll use my PB2, some cocoa powder and agave and make some kind of "Reese Cup Banana" Ice-Cream!! MMMmm!
I'll update once I try it out :)
Another exciting thing . . . I ran a 10:30 mile yesterday!! While it was only a mile, it's a step in the right direction toward my goal of running a 10k at a 10min pace next year!
One last thing, I was talking to a friend today. We keep up with each other through Facebook and talk a lot about our weight struggles/successes/etc. and I realized it's been YEARS since I've been comfortable in shorts. And for the last three summers, aside from vacation (where I wore shorts because I don't know anyone there, so I figure, screw it!) I've worn jeans every summer :(
That's one thing I'm really looking forward to this summer once I get this weight off. I want to be comfortable in summer clothes and not sweating because I'm dressing like it's mid-winter :(
.... one more thing for my motivation list I guess!
