So the first week has gone and the start of the second week begins :)
I am pleased to say that this week I have lost 4 pounds even though I have had some bad days. I just cant wait for my body to start showing the weight that's come off although that probably wont be for another month or so!
I also think I have found the problem to when I over eat :/ generally in the evenings and weekends, so taking things one step at a time and this weeks goal is too swap unhealthier snacks at these times to healthy foods including fruit and veg to make sure I eat at least 5 a day.
