What a day this turned out to be! I was pretty convinced that I wasn't going to get to do day 3 of my C25k program today. And I didn't get to right after lunch, when I usually go out for a jog. But I just put on my shoes and hoodie and went out this evening! Told my ex I'd be back in under 2 hours and took off emoticon

He was even able to give me half of his support payment and took me shopping for craft supplies! Then he took our girl to see Wreck-It Ralph (she wanted to see Rise of the Guardians but knew he wanted to see Ralph so she picked Ralph emoticon ) I'll take her to see Guardians soon... hopefully it'll still be at the theaters for another week or 2.

So I got my 3rd run this week in. I got craft supplies. My girl got to see a movie. I fixed a healthy dinner tonight! And, even though I didn't think it would happen, I actually do think I will show a weight decrease this weekend! Woohoo! My scale seems to be slowly but surely getting unstuck from that 185-187 mark! It actually said 183 this morning! Hopefully that's legit so I can post it on Sunday! emoticon I know I just got into 14s recently but I'm so excited about being so close to wearing a 12! I'm not sure what size I'll be wearing when I reach my goal but I'm excited about that, too! emoticon

    Good job! Sounds like you surprised yourself, but sometimes it's a matter of just doing it. Whether you lose or not isn't as big of a deal as the fact that you are continuing your journey and not letting a few setbacks control you. Keep choosing to do better and see how far it takes you in the long run, not just week to week.

    Congratulations! You sure gave me some motivation! Sometimes I just have to get the workout clothes on and then get going and the workout happens and great/successful feelings arise!
