December 8th

I am currently struggling with the dilemma GYM or NO GYM. I know the answer.. but erf. I really don't feel like working out lately. I've been eating well and I drink a lot of water, but I feel very tired and I find I'm not spending nearly enough time home relaxing and with my boyfriend. So leaving the house in the evening for some gymmin' is harder than ever. Hopefully I'll be able to match my days off with his schedule in January ++.

I try to write down everything I eat in a day, haven't been able to put it up on SP every day but it has a similar impact just to write it down in a little pad I keep around. I've lost some pounds, too! And haven't been tempted to eat chips or other crap that much. All good ;) I'm feeling down, unmotivated and tonus less, though.. I feel a bit crappy. I know it will pass and I'm not depressed, just extra stressed out - restless.

My goals for December are pretty much the same as November's. Sleep well and enough, go to the gym, eat reasonable portions of whole, clean food (must eat more vegetables!!) and try to do some yoga. I'm far from being successful so far with my goals, but I still want to reach them and that's the important part, I think. I wish I was full of energy and determined and running outside *right now*.

I have no plans for Christmas. I wish to avoid all family reunions and "wishes" and all of that. I have no illusions about it at all and I'm not interested. The only positive point I can see is that I wouldn't have to think about what to eat, or prepare it. So better just avoid the whole thing. I can't wait in February too because the gym will be crowded in January, even on SP, a big crowd of people with resolutions who will be gone within 2-3 weeks, it gets on my nerves :)

I'm excited to get a new couch a couple days before Christmas though.. Finally we will be able to enjoy being sited at the same time on a comfortable, new, couch! The old one is only good for the garbage. I see a lot of reading ahead :)
