I stunk this week.

I started doing strength training and cardio. I did not lose this week at all. I gained weight. I am up 3 pounds. I did eat out often this week and did not keep track of what I ate at all. I need to start doing that again. I know it will help me a lot. This is a new week and I know that I can lose the weight that I had gained. I have to get this weight off of me. I want to and I will. I am going to keep an eye on what I eat and how much.
