Here I am blogging!
I am official stressed. This week hasn't gone as planned at all. I set it up so I can have an hour a day for Sparkpeople. That didn't happen at all. I also lost control of eating food these passed couple of weeks. This week I didn't gain anything because I am trying to get back on track. But still......
I use to blog once a week and jump in and talk 3 days a week on Sparkpeople. Now, almost never do I post anything unless it was to do the weekly thing.
I feel a bit weird and tired, I haven't really worked out really good for some time now. I wish I could just had the time to workout for a couple of hours a day.
I feel a bit sad and empty for some reason. Also, a bit lonely. Wish I had some one I could hold and watch the sunset or something. Everyone around me seems to have some one to run off with. So.... so... empty.
My 3 Ways To Manage Stress
1. Cardio
2. Me time
3. Watch Biggest Loser any season.
Problems I have currently having,
1. Eating food
2. Working out
3. Blogging
4. Mentally taxed
I just wish..... I had something to keep my mind occupied this winter. Cheers.
