New Week Fresh Start

Yesterday, I tracked my food and exercised!
I have started my food tracking and planning for today.
I weighed 134.5 this morning, better than Sunday, when it said 136.5 and I decided it was time..I got to get serious here or I will be wearing Size 14 again!!
My goal it to be back down to 130 by the end of the month, I can do this. It is not unreasonable, since much of the weight could very well be fluid retention and chocolate eggs (of course).
So there is no better time than right this minute to start fresh!
