Goals for January!

Here are some things I want to work on for the month of January. I have found I am more accountable when I plan my goals each month.
1. Reach 142 pounds. This will get me back to my low of 2012, and get me 7 pounds away from my goal of 135.
2. Complete weeks 1-5 of Jillian's Body Revolution program!
I started her Kickstart plan last week, and am really enjoying this workout program. The workouts are short (about 35 min) and effective. I like the way Jillian trains the front of the body one day, then lets it rest by training the back of the body the next day. She uses both cardio and strength training in her program, and I am beginning to enjoy challenging my body by lifting heavier. If my weights weigh less than my school bag, what good are they right!
3. Complete 2 workouts (an AM and PM workout) on my days off.
What I have learned from Jillian's Kick start plan is that she advocates an AM workout and a PM workout to keep your metabolism reved up. I have felt the effects the last two weeks, but realize it may not be practical every day once I go back to work. So the goal is on my days off (the rest of this week and weekends) I will workout twice a day for a half hour each.
4. Plan all breakfast and lunches.
I don't like to count calories, but found that if I go through my healthy recipes and meal plan for the week, I can normally hit my calorie range well. I did take the time to make food groupings in my Spark Calorie tracker from my recipe collection, so it makes tracking easier for me.
