Goals for the next 8 weeks of the New You Winter Challenge

1. Exercise 100 min a week.
2. Eat 3-5 fruits and veggies a day.
3. Make one big healthy meal a week I can freeze for lunches or dinners.

These are attainable and realistic goals. I have been off track for about a month and have gained 5 lb! I'm ready to try to get back on track!
