Stuffing My Face Out of Boredom.

So I have a little bit of time at work to update since I didn't do a video blog last night.
I did much better yesterday, but still not awesome. Working on portion control. Measuring cups have started becoming my best friends. I used to have a food scale, but since I moved I can't seem to find it. So I am winging it based on the hand size charts and what not.
I didn't do any stretches or yoga last night. I felt a slight pull in my lower back and did NOT want to make it worse. The fact that I felt it at all scared me. I do no want my crippling pain to come back. I feel better today though so yoga it is! =]
I started back to work today too after 2 weeks off for Christmas break. I welcome the return. Maybe now I will stop sitting around the house all day eating everything out of boredom. I am going to have to deal with that though seeing as I will have all summer off! Anyone have any suggestions for dealing with that? I used to go running when I was bored (when I was actually in shape), but starting over is so hard. I cannot wait until I can get back to that place. =]

    My only idea is to get out of the house to beat the boredom, anything to get you not just outside right by where you live but actually drive somewhere where you can't just go straight back inside, go window shopping do some volunteering just go walk around outside take a book or portable dvd player so your not around food! All good ideas until your mentally strong enough to resist food no matter how much time you have on your hands at home.
