So Close to my Goal

I've been stuck in the 145 range for a good amount of weeks now. I know I can keep going down, but my hardest challenge is fixing bad food habits. When it comes to having lunch on the go, my choices aren't too varied.
I have come so far from being an overweight preteen at over 180lb and 5'1" or 2" and now to 5'4" or 5" and 22, I now weigh 146, I feel kinda stuck. I need motivation to get back to being consistent. I'm so mad at myself because I know I can do it!! So why do I keep making excuses for myself????
I want to make a commitment to stick to this 4-week plateau-busting plan from Spark Coach. I trust Spark people and the Spark team and I know if I can stick to this, I will see results!!
