Two days in a row?

Wow so for two days in a row I have met my fast break goals!
The family thing has been interesting, they were supposed to be here yesterday but called and said they stopped 8 hours from where we are. Today they called and said they would be here this afternoon but were still at Cadillac Ranch, at this rate I'll have to go to work and won't see them. I'm starting to doubt they'll come by, they have to be back in Tennessee by Monday and traveling has been slow for them so far.
Working the next two nights...hitting the salad bar and yogurt shop we have there...making better choices at work will be a big step tonight! No more high fat kiddie food for me!
