DD turned 9 today, 1/9/2013. DS turned 11 on 1/1/2013. I am so surprised on how quickly they are growing up and how much they are maturing. Each day that goes by I am thankful for how they have changed me. I enjoy being their mom but I know that my weight is holding me back from being all I can be and from being the best mom for them. Each day I have to make positive choices to improve my health, for me, for them.
