Another day

Thursday, January 10, 2013

So yesterday I did avoid the frig per coach Nicole's advice however yesterday afternoon at work I was starving so I ended up eating allot of junk. Not really junk but stuff I had in my desk like (mixed nuts, a 100 calories snack, etc.). So I was over in my calories for the first time this year. To make up for it I went home last night and got on the elliptical then I took down outside Christmas decorations and cleaned. I worked out for a total of 92 minutes yesterday. I guess I did not do to bad since I still had a deficit because of all of the working out. Yesterday was 2 toning videos, 30 minutes of zumba, 25 minutes of the Elliptical plus cleaning which I only put down for 30 minutes but I actually did for over an hour. I think the calorie counter for exercise says I burn to much cleaning so I always 1/2 the time.

This morning I did two toning videos and was about to get on the elliptical when I remembered it was pastries for parents at the school. So I had to rush getting ready and be at school within 20 minutes. Sadly my daughter said I look like I always do so either I looked rushed daily or I did a dang good job in those 20 minutes. ha ha. The PTA had left over doughnuts at the school so I brought a box to work to share with my co-workers. I have added one into my calorie counter for the day. I am going to try and avoid it but I did allot one to myself in the event I start starving this afternoon like yesterday. I guess the soup I made is not very filling and by 4 p.m. I am ready to bite someone. So I am going to put off lunch as long as I can so it will stick with me longer today. I do not want a recap of yesterday.

I am working for the 10 pound loss by Valentines Day!
