1.2 lbs in a single day

I just want everyone to know that,
(I believe because of my efforts yesterday),
that I lost 1.2 pounds in a single day.
A. Single. Day.
I contribute it to avoiding crap and eating within my calories yesterday with only water and herbal tea as a drink.
I didn't eat a single processed sweet yesterday, and no macaroni and cheese, and no ramen, and only whole-food snacks like cinnamon rice cakes and GMO-free Popcorn Indianapolis snack foods.
OH MY GOSH MAYBE BEING A PICKY EATER IS THE KEY.
