What a great day!!

Thursday, January 17, 2013

Today I am sore from my massage and reflexology session yesterday. Wow! She really knows how to do deep tissue massage. And the reflexology was so great. I have so many spots on my feet that are bothering me. Translated that means I have certain problems in my body. One being my sinuses and my lungs. Not sure what is with the lungs, but understand the sinuses.

I am spending a quiet day. Reflecting on the good things in my life and the struggles that have gotten me here! emoticon I have had many struggles in my life, but I have overcome and will continue to overcome. A life without trials, struggles and challenges knows no joy!! Remember that next time something happens and think of the good times to follow!! emoticon

I have eaten a balanced diet today although I had my dark chocolate in the afternoon instead of waiting until evening. Hope I can keep from eating anymore. emoticon

I am going to sign off this blog now. Have a prosperous afternoon and evening!

Thanks for reading!

Great that you are enjoying the after effects of your special massage. I can't eat chocolate after noon or it affects my sleep quality. Take care of yourself, Angie. You deserve to be healthy and loved.

I too need a small peice of chocolate, almost always dark chocolate. I have only had a couple of massages, but a deep tissue message sounds like a good thing.

I have never had a massage before but it is on my reward list once I reach that goal... Don't eat the chocolate for it won't taste as good as the first...... emoticon
