BL 21 assignment 1

12 week goal

well what seems like my 100th BL challenge ,and as i'm close to my goal i'm not there yet,i know what to do i need to want it bad enough
so my goal is to continue to eat healthy on weekends not to sabotage my hard work all week,funny how 5 days of hard work can be screwed up by 2
i will not cut out any 1 food but by counting calories stay within my limit
and my main goal would be see me as others see me,i see my faults when i look in mirror,where others see my positive

    Good luck, you can do it and yes I agree it is amazing what those 2 days can do to the 5. I have to work on fixing that too.
