So I am suppose to talk about what excuses that I make to get out of exercising and I think the most detrimental mistake I make when it comes to exercising is telling myself I will do it later, knowing that the best time for me to get it out of the way is in the morning. So I need to tell myself "Now or never, and never isn't an option!" I need to remember the feeling of finishing because I always feel good after a workout...getting started is the hard part. Having a plan for short workouts so I can tell myself today is a quickie, or when I have a longer session planned I can look forward to the shorter sessions. I just have to remember why I am doing this and what kind of person I want to be and what that means to my day to day life... I can't be a runner if I never get out and run.
