Home again, home again....

Saturday, January 19, 2013

I arrived home from Greybull, Wyoming, at 10:30 am. I went down to visit my sister and b-i-l. I needed some of her good food made from scratch; to spend some time with her and some hugs! I received all three!! emoticon

I spent 2 nights, Thursday and Friday. Slept well Thursday 9 hours and last night I got 5 hours. I was getting sore from the bed..as it is much harder than mine. Mine is a foam bed. Anyway, I had a great visit. I always enjoy going to see them.

I ate well today. I stayed within all my amounts except I had more salt than SP recommends, but not by very much. I ate a couple things that were frozen and had added salt. Oh, well!

Paula and I went shopping and ran errands on Friday. It was a lot of fun! Love to spend time with her.

I am going to use my foam roller to stretch out my back tonight and my resistance band. I got a DVD from a friend that is unable to use it. I am going to try it in a few minutes.

Snickers was glad to see me, but was well taken care of by my friend, Valerie.

Well, I better get to the exercise I have planned! I did do some walking today.

I am also going to be on a team for Shape Up Montana. We will be in the activity division. I am excited. It starts February 1st and goes for 3 month. Then we will take part in the Big Sky State Games fitness walk. Should be fun. Hopefully I will be able to walk the whole way. That is my goal for the next 3 months!!

Have a great evening!
