Free day today :D Back to normal tomorrow week 3 begins

Well I absolutely love putting my food into the tracker as I couldn't believe how many calories I was eating before logging them in here.

Been a free day i did allow myself to eat what ever I wanted to, but my goodness did i treat myself. I felt shocking afterwards but also had to remind my self that it was my FREE day, however I don't like looking at those calories so high, I'm pretty sure my next free day I wont be doing that again.

    I used to have a free day when I started this journey over three years ago.
    Then as I gradually found that as I was eating well, although smaller portions .
    I didn't need it ..

    This journey is all about learning to eat smaller portions more times a day, this will help you to stay full ..
    We all find our own way on this journey and what suits one doesn't suit another ..

    The main thing is we eat healthy, exercise and feel good ..
    The weight loss come as a bonus when we build muscle to burn fat. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    we do all learn as we go along as it is a shock when you see this. still have a free day but still you need to be a bit careful.
