seismic activity

If you live in NE Oklahoma, do not be alarmed. That was not an earthquake you possibly felt. That was me doing jumping jacks. ROFL
Actually I'm kind of stoked about it because 3 weeks ago, I couldn't do 1 and tonight, I busted out 20 (and almost had to bust out the oxygen afterwards). It's encouraging to know I'm making progress!
