Week 3 Jan 20 - 26/13

This week I am feeling much better. I was able to get out and do my swimming and water fitness.
I am finally noticing that I have more energy to do things. I have lost a total of 43lbs since I started to eat healthy in Sept 2012. I am continuing to learn more about the web site and how things work. There is so much information on this site that at times I find myself lost for hrs reading story by others. I am looking forward to weight in tomorrow.
