What I have learned!

Can't believe these 12 weeks have gone by so quickly. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in this Biggest Loser Challenge. I have learned how important it is to connect with people who are fighting the same challenges as me. I have learned that exercise really does help with weight loss, and really makes you feel better.

I am looking forward to continuing on with this challenge, and hope that I can keep the course going steady, but know there MAY be some bumps in the road. I am thankful I have gone down a size, and reached my goal for this session.
