love the blog this week. You really inspire me to have fun. I told my hubby that we should try that as an exercise for those lovely northern cold days but he wasn't all that keen on it. I think he is afraid I might bounce right out the door. LOL :) I am up for the 5 lb challenge and I have my woohoo jar, and my jar with my marbles (not the ones I have lost along the way from my head) to track my weight loss and be in front of me when I am struggling. Now I just gotta get in the studio and put together a spark jar. I love the idea of Feb. being the month to love ourselves. WOOOOHOOOO! Here I go again. 2668 days ago
LOL Love it....love your daughter's comment about Piper..."animal cruelty" looks like a fun thing to do on a Saturday night...I will have to see if my Hubby wants to try this sometime.....it should be more fun after he has a few beers LOL... 2670 days ago
Ya'll are hilarious. I love it. What fun with the kiddos. And I've been thinking you are far from bogus..so I have a new nickname for you. Either therealdealannie or 4realannie. You are so motivating and down to earth.
I'm sad about the no woohoo jar reveal, but I understand.
I have totally been slacking on the woohoo stuff and I need to put effort into that!
I love what you said about the positive self talk! It wasn't me who lost the 5 pounds, although when I count that is probably about what I lost, but I need to start focusing more on what I've accomplished and not so much what I need to improve. I love the "love yourself" month and as I am single I will have plenty of time for that LOL. I need to keep taking care of myself and making sure I'm doing the right thing.
Well don't make me go there regarding positive self talk missy.....from my perspective it will be great to hear you say nothing but good things about yourself rather than dissing on yourself.......YOU know what I mean.
See ya later tater.......for hooping and woohoo unviel this week.
