I have found that I actually am now enjoying jogging... Indoors out of the sight of others. Because maybe my jog is perfect for me, but looks like a waddle walk to others! My home is judgement free. But I do need to improve because eventually I will be outside, on the road wogging with my stroller emoticon !
It is 8:45 AM Monday and I feel awake. I have a sick babe, he is all stuffy and coughing... He likes to snuggle which doesn't allow for my mommy jobs to get done in a timely fashion, but OH WELL. According to the trackers, I have burned 972 calories already today! I am having fun, so it doesn't seem quiet right! I up'ed my calorie goal to 3000. WOW emoticon because if running and doing my walking burns that much, and I do it 3/4 days a week! Yay!!
If I am consistent, say two more week I will ask if I can get a better quality pedometer. Mine resets or doesn't keep track at all. It is temperamental. I know I move it for 20-45 minutes the MPH I subtract a mile from my Wii total. Because my pedo and the Wii were a mile off three times... This is when the pedo was new so...
I am hungry... Off for breakfast... Thinking a yummy protien shake and an apple!
Move it and shake it today people!! oh---
I visited a SP team today that I haven't been too in a while. I re-read my posts and have to say I am a changed person! Looking forward to something is an amazing thing. Now, I am not talking about a size or a # on the scale... I am talking about moving in the morning! Whether it is a Wii challenge or dancing it up to Latin inspired craziness.... I am addicted to Wii Fit, Island Cycle! I do it daily! 45 minutes of walking.... And it's a game. I am very competitive and have to find that shorter route!! Hahah if you do this, then maybe you know what I am talking about! emoticon
Have fun!! emoticon

I can attribute my running speed to my daughter when she was a baby I would use my treadmill while she played. I increased my speed based on her fussiness. I was able to run 6 miles in 65 minutes because I knew that was as long as she would tolerate!

    Keep up the good work!

Yay! Your blog is so positive! It is liberating to be focused on fitness and let the scale take care of itself.

Get out there with your baby jogger! I love using mine. My kids love it, my 2 year old sings her baby brother to sleep when we run. When it is nice enough, we run on the bike trail and my 4 year old bikes along with us. I know we look like a traveling circus, but we don't care, we are just happy being out.

    Keep up the great progress!
