Week 5 of SP

How to measure success? This week I have been stressing a bit over my two pound gain. I needed a pick me up so I drug out the old measuring tape. I ran through the numbers and I lost 2 inches in my waist!! My waist to hip ratio has come down from .92 to .86. Even my body fat percentage moved, but not enough to brag about.

So overall the measurements are looking better, my endurance has certainly improved, and my eating habits are ALOT better. I am also much calmer, the time I spend working on my flexibility really seems to help. So I am going to be positive and keep moving forward.
