Week one weigh in on Biggest Loser

So this week I lost 1.5 pounds which is what my goal was but I am a little sad because yesterday when I peeked on the scale it said I had lost 2 pounds. So secretly after my last chance workout I was hoping for 2.5 pounds lost.
What I did right this week:
1- I had great workouts with variety. Even when I was sick I worked out so I should get a gold star for that. ha ha
2- I burnt over 3000 calories in fitness alone this week
3- The only fast food consumed this week was a 1/2 salad from Wendys
What I want to improve:
1- Stay in my calorie range 6 out of 7 days.
2- Try to eat closer to the middle of the calorie range instead of the low end this week, as I am burning alot of calories and do not want to go into starvation mode.
3- Try to increase my proteins this week and cut down on my carbs.
I am taking today off so even though it is day of rest from exercise I still plan on doing some crazy house cleaning and yoga today.
