I spent some time looking through blog posts and pictures from late 2009. Where did my drive go? I had so much motivation then. I need to rediscover it.
So I'm going to start taking pictures of myself every week and uploading them. So that I can have visual cues for where I've been and where I want to go. I'm starting INSANITY tomorrow for one week. Then I have a week out of town before I start over again. During the last week of February. They recommend before pictures anyway. And I can send it to them at the end of my 60 days. So here goes.
Pictures along the way really helped me, but I didn't really take them at the beginning and wish that I had. Sometimes I'd not feel like I'd made progress, but I could really tell a difference in the pictures! Also, be sure to take measurements, I didn't start doing that until I'd already lost some and I really wish I'd known just how many inches I'd really lost. Good luck with your goals! 2847 days ago
Motivation is an odd thing. We shouldn't wait for it, but it's a major part of how things happen. Sometimes, it's as if you just have to start and then let your motivation catch up, once you've made progress. Seems completely backwards. Lol 2847 days ago
