Outsmarting the Saboteur

We should be flattered! So many of us may have someone in our lives who often sabotages our weight loss efforts. I do. We must be a fantastic, beautiful and desirable person if someone doesn't really want us to look good. Well, at least this person thinks so. Are there any other evidences of jealousy in areas outside of looks? It's a yes for me.
Well, I am so much more than someone's possession and I can stand up to this sabotage. Yes, when I was young the jealousy factor was flattering when males were around me and my other would pout or get angry. I am too old now to get divorced and there are good things for sure about this guy!
It's really not that difficult to stand up to the saboteur. It is easy to say"I am not hungry" or "I want to stick to my healthy eating". I think it's important though to state it firmly. You can always leave the immediate area and do something else. I am a little off track and feeling a little like the snow storm we had but I can do this. However, I've come a long way, baby!
