I had a massage today. Wow! I feel great!! Took two walks today; 20 minutes this morning and 10 minutes this afternoon. The walking is really helping my back and weight loss. emoticon

It is 50 degrees today and sunny; emoticon Rain and snow tomorrow. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I tracked all my food today and am under on calories and fat. I need to eat more protein today, too. I am not hungry in the morning after taking my medication. I have more energy, too. The walks really help me wake up in the morning and get me going!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

My sister and b-i-l are in town and I will get to see them tomorrow morning. I love to see them!! I wish winter would get over so I could go down and visit her at their home! I also want to get up and see my niece and boys in Belgrade. Jimmy is in town, but don't see him much. He is really busy working. I do see him and Ethan now and then. emoticon

Such a good day!

Have a great evening.

Great news about the walking helping you. We should ge getting some snow on Monday, maybe Tuesday and a big storm on Thursday---well time will tell, weather people aren't always right( hope the Thursday one peters out befor it gets here). My friend and I walked around Macy's downtown Minneapolis this afternoon, while our hubbys went to the indoor golf show. Yes, the two of us found something we had to buy. Then the four of us had supper downtown, we don't do that very often--it was fun and we got plenty of walking in for the day.
