Hi, Planning and cooking meals ahead of time have been a big help for me, like crockpot meals. Plus, keeping healthy snacks on hand when you are just looking for something to grab between meals if necessary.
I am in a similar situation to you, with kids, work and other commitments it can be tough to make heatlhy food choices.
For me what has really made a big difference is planning ahead - I work out what food I am going to eat a whole week in advance and then do my shopping to make sure I have all the ingredients I need. If I am going out I can prepare a healthy lunch or snack in advance to take with me so I am less tempted to grab unhealthy food on the go.
Some days are easier than others but stick with it and you'll get there! 2733 days ago
