    Hi, emoticon
Planning and cooking meals ahead of time have been a big help for me, like crockpot meals. Plus, keeping healthy snacks on hand when you are just looking for something to grab between meals if necessary.

Look for different options to succeed, packing lunches, preparing items in large batches that you can pull out for later, working on time management.

It's difficult, but looking for the ways you can achieve all your goals and still keep things flowing relatively smoothly is possible.

I am in a similar situation to you, with kids, work and other commitments it can be tough to make heatlhy food choices.

For me what has really made a big difference is planning ahead - I work out what food I am going to eat a whole week in advance and then do my shopping to make sure I have all the ingredients I need. If I am going out I can prepare a healthy lunch or snack in advance to take with me so I am less tempted to grab unhealthy food on the go.

Some days are easier than others but stick with it and you'll get there!
