Working up to working out more

I am back at exercise and liking it, but again there are days when I know I should get on my bike and get to it, yet I find excuses not to, for too many days of the week, this past week I was on my bike for 4 of the 7 past days. Not bad, but keep feeling guilty about the missed three days. I am tracking food but not good at it, I skip most days. I am wishing for spring to come and stay, sick of snow.. I am eager to walk Max and I am a big chicken so it has to be nice and not snowy, cold or icy.
My goal for 2013 is to be below 200 at years end.. depending on the scale or time of day it can be as much as 30+ to lose or as little as 9 lbs to lose...
