Springing to Action everyone needs a challenge sometimes

I went hunting around on the SparkPeople Challenges looking a long term challenge. I found Springing to Action and signed up right away waiting for the challenge to begin was the first challenge
The first weeks challenge was to introduce myself. I am not great at introducing myself for many reasons. I am and will always be a work in progress. And like a lot of women I know I carry a lifetime full of insecurities. But here are the stats.
I am a Canadian 35 year old single parent of a fiery 6 year old. I think I have finally figured out what I want to be when I grow up. Now I just need to figure out how to get there while being the parent I know my daughter needs. My profession is currently in a process of changing as a result of this. I set the challenge for myself several years ago of learning to run. Last spring I finally completed that goal and in the process discovered I

to run. I discovered in the past year I have issues with gluten intolerance. I am still figuring out how to work this into our life. A girl can only eat so many salads. I have found a lot of food lately looks far better then it ends up tasting. I am currently a bit of a disorganization cluttered mess. But I am taking steps to let go of most of my excess and embrace simplicity.
I look forward to using this Springing to Action challenge to keep me engaged on the days I just do not want to get moving.
*Sigh* This weeks BONUS required asked "We all know our scales don't know everything. It's important to have methods to help keep track of your progress. Calculate your body fat percentage using the Tape method. Linear Online Body Fat Calculator for Men & Women. www.linear-software.com/online
.html. Blog or share with your team about your body fat percentage."
I shudder at the info:
Body Fat% 47.31
Lbs of Body Fat 88.95
Lean Body Weight 99.05
These seem a bit high to me but time will tell. I do agree I am currently Obese no mater how you calculate.
