It's been a week

It's been a week since I started doing sparkpeople again. I tracked my food and workouts and stayed within my calorie budget, and today, the scale showed I'd gained almost a pound. I feel better and thinner, so I'm trying not to be annoyed. I need to look at what kinds of foods I'm eating and see where I can do better. I'm happy that I squeezed in workouts even when I was tired and stressed out.
I also need to start tracking measurements more consistently as I think that is a better measure of progress than the scale.
It's just so hard not to compare myself to others and what I think I should weigh, which I honestly have no idea!
