Busy day with lots of activity.

Thursday, February 28, 2013

I have helped out my friend today. She is moving back to California. We finished cleaning her house and got a neighbor to help move a bunch of stuff for us. It was heavy boxes and many loads of them. emoticon

I hauled a bunch of bags of clothes and other things to donate to Family Services, Inc. They have given Valerie food boxes and clothes when she needed them. They also helped to furnish her apartment. emoticon

I went up and down the stairs 13 times, because I help Valerie and then went and did laundry. So, again I was up and down the stairs to carry laundry into my apartment. emoticon I have gotten over 5,000 steps in today. And maybe a lot more by the time the day is over. emoticon

I got a new game from Game Fly today. It is "Just Dance". I am pretty tired today, but I will try it tomorrow. I tried "Country Dance" and it was fun. I want to buy a Wii dance game. I love to dance around my apartment. Just can't be too loud, because I live on the second floor. emoticon

I am making a Jennie O white turkey and gravy roll. I know it isn't as healthy as a turkey breast or a whole turkey, but it is what I am hungry for tonight and it was in the freezer. emoticon I will stick to 3 oz portions with 3.5 Tbsp of gravy. I will have frozen green beans and a fresh apple for dessert. I am on the high side of my calories today. I have been really hungry, probably because I have expended more energy than normal. emoticon

Well, that is about it for now. Hope everyone had a great day. We enjoyed a beautiful, sunny day here in Billings! I hope your weather and day was emoticon .
