Back to Routine

One more day to enjoy with my daughter and grandson. I will miss them a lot, but I do look forward to getting back into my routine. I'll be able to do my walking and stair climbing. I'll have my food all planned out. And hopefully I'll start losing weight again instead of just maintaining what I've lost.
